Forgive Awo Norvivor is an Assistant lecturer in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics (School of Public Health). She is an environmental Scientist by training, with a background in Water quality, Sanitation, Aquatic and Fisheries science. She currently teaches courses in Environmental health, Sanitation & Water Quality, at the school of Public Health.
Education
Ms. Forgive is currently a PhD candidate. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine and Fisheries Science and an MPhil in Environmental Science, both from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Work Experience
Prior to her appointment as Assistant Lecturer, she worked with Environmental NGOs & Laboratory as a research assistant, coordinating research work in her area of expertise.
Science/Research output
Her Research interest areas are Environmental health sciences and Sanitation with focus on Solid Waste Management, Soil & Water quality, Pesticide Residual analysis, Climate change Adaptation programs. Some researches she has engaged in includes, Groundwater quality in coastal communities, School-based Handwashing campaign project in collaboration with UNICEF and Heavy metal residual analysis in surface water.
